We bought tickets on the Ao Nang Princess Ferry fir a day trip to Koh Phi Phi. We were not told the trip would be 2 hours each way; and there was a stop in Railay to load additional passengers. We spent 5+ hours traveling for a 2.5 hour stay at Tonsai Bay.
The boat was dirty, and the toilets disgusting. No toilet paper, of course.
Also they would not accept the Thai government Morphrom app to certify vaccination status. Absurd.
